Ginger ¼ piece
Lemon (about 1Tbsp)
-Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar (2 teaspoons)
Choose two fruits:
-Blueberries (handful)
-Pineapple (handful)
-Banana (half)
-Green Apple (half an apple)
*You may use Honey (about 1Tsp)
*Blend for about 4 minutes or more depending on the blender being used.
